Jalda Sandbox — Terms of Use
These terms apply only to the Jalda Sandbox (test environment). A separate production agreement is required for live commercial use.
By creating a Sandbox account you confirm that you have read and accept the following:
- Test only. The Sandbox is for development, integration and evaluation. It must not be used for live commercial transactions or for real-money settlement.
- No real money. Sandbox payments are simulated. Jalda will not settle funds to or from any payout account based on Sandbox activity.
- No SLA. The Sandbox is provided "as is", may be reset or wiped at any time, and is offered without availability, performance or fitness-for-purpose warranty.
- Your data. Submit only data you are permitted to use (your own data, synthetic test data, or data with explicit consent). Do not upload personal data of real end-users without their consent to test use.
- API credentials. Your API key and secret are personal to your account. Keep them confidential; you are responsible for all activity performed with them.
- Acceptable use. You agree not to: bypass authentication or rate limits; probe or scan the system for vulnerabilities without written permission; use the Sandbox to defraud, abuse or harass anyone; generate traffic intended to disrupt service; reverse-engineer beyond what is necessary for integration; or use the Sandbox for any unlawful purpose.
- Rate limits and revocation. Jalda may impose rate limits and may revoke Sandbox access at any time, including without notice, if usage is excessive or abusive.
- No automatic production access. Sandbox access does not entitle you to a production account. Production requires KYB/KYC review, payout setup and a signed agreement.
- Data retention. Sandbox data may be deleted, anonymised or reset at Jalda's discretion. Do not treat the Sandbox as a system of record.
- Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jalda accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Sandbox.
- Changes. Jalda may update these terms; the current version applies to your continued use of the Sandbox.
- Governing law. Swedish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
